One reason why - the positive impact we have on our customers' workflow. We'll be creating a white paper about the improvement on time to invoice and invoice accuracy later this month, but in short one of our recent implementations has driven down time to invoice from 10 days to 10 hours.
10 Days to 10 Hours
How, you might ask. Good question, especially since we're not an accounting system. That said, accounting systems are only as good as the data they ingest and how quickly they ingest it.
In this particular case the logistics solution, accounting solution and e-bol solution didn't talk to each other so getting what was ordered, what was picked up and what was delivered matched and into the accounting system took over a week.
As part of our implementation we integrated our solution to the ebol solution and the accounting system PLUS reconciled prior to pushing data to the accounting system.
What was the result....a reduction of 10 days per invoice.
