Divesh has a long history of building and leading large development teams - both in the US and in India, where he now resides with his family.  Prior to TRUEFILL, Divesh was Vice President of Software Development where he led technology and development teams for Triple Point Technology, an enterprise commodity trading and risk management software company.  Triple Point was sold for $900MM in 2013.  Divesh began his career as a software developer before moving into leadership roles at Bankstar and IBA Health.

Divesh is also an entrepreneur.  In 2016 he founded Aumni Techworks, a services firm that helps global technology companies build their own presence in India using the BOT (Build, Operate and Transfer) model allowing them to concentrate on their core business and with a lower startup investment.  Divesh is also a co-founding partner of Simply Closing, a SaaS-based service that brings together the various parties for a real estate closing and automates what is for many people a cumbersome and confusing process.

Divesh attended the University of Mumbai, where he received an engineering degree in electronics and telecommunications.
